CARL AZUZ, CNN 10 ANCHOR: For the first time since America's troubled withdraw from Afghanistan, top U.S. military officials testified before Congress on Tuesday.

A big reason why this is so significant is that lawmakers from both major political parties have criticized the Biden Administration for how the withdraw was carried out.
